Our Services
Soft Tissue mobilization is used in Physical Therapy to help other tissue increase in mobility and decrease in pain. Some of the treatments we use are trigger point release, soft-tissue and scar-tissue mobilization, myofascial release to help myofascial planes improve in mobility, and trigger point massage. As soft tissue releases and softens, range of motion will improve and pain will usually decrease and function will improve.
We physically maintain our balance using the senses of our eyes, ears and feet. Our Balance Training involves an exercise program personalized to you. These exercises will disadvantage or eliminate on of the senses in order to force the other senses to train more effectively. This is done in the safety of the office in order to prevent injury.
This is the foundation for almost every movement that we do. It is an active component to the stabilizing system. It includes deep/local muscles which provide segmental stability, as well as the superficial/global muscles that enable trunk movement/torque generation.
No matter if it’s walking or running, we are able to analyze your gait and help you improve your movements in order to decrease pain and improve efficiency.
We help assist older people after a variety of surgeries or injuries that may reduce their quality of life. In particular we always work with them using our Balance and Fall Prevention Program in order to prevent future falls or injuries.

This is a therapeutic taking technique used to help alleviate pain and promote lymphatic drainage by microscopically lifting the skin. This causes convolutions in the skin which helps with alleviating pain, improving circulation, reducing swelling, and helps support or activate specific muscles or joints.
Modalities are a necessary part of our protocols for treatment. We use various modalities like Ultrasound, Electrical Stimulation, Iontophoresis and Cold Laser to help decrease pain, inflammation and improve mobility.
Your PT will perform an evaluation on you in order to determine the cause of your neck or back pain. Once this evaluation is completed your therapist will then design a plan of care based on the evaluation, including appropriate therapeutic exercises and manual therapy in order for your optimal recovery.
Post-operative Management is an important aspect of our physical therapy practice. We assist many clients who have been through surgery and follow a specific, surgeon recommended protocol for rehabilitation post-surgery. We follow the time lines and precautions recommended by the surgeon to help clients achieve the best results from their physical therapy.
Sports have the potential to cause a variety of injuries. We are trained to help our clients feel better and get back in the game with maximum performance sooner. This is achieved by creating a specific exercise program for them and the sport they play.
Whether you’re experiencing problems with a hip, shoulder or knee we can help guide you to recovery following a total joint replacement procedure. We use a combination of modalities, therapeutic exercises and manual techniques that will help you regain function of your joints while reducing the pain you experience. We will work closely with your surgeon to help you reach your recovery goals in a quick and safe manner.
Vertigo, a condition that causes someone to experience the sensation of “spinning”, is commonly caused by a condition known as Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo or BPPV. Treatment for this condition involves a series of head movements that shift particles in your ear to help alleviate the sensation of vertigo.
