Lucky Dog Lodge is a brand new facility that was built around the idea that our fur babies deserve a fun, relaxing vacation away from home just like we do. This family owned and operated boarding kennel is the perfect place for when you are going away and need a reliable place for your pet to stay while you are gone.
Lucky Dog Lodge is located in the beautiful country side of Treynor, IA. We are only 10 minutes from the interstate and 15 minutes from Omaha.
Owner/operator Courtney is a dog lover wanting to give back to other pet owners by providing a stress free option for alternative, quality dog care while they are away. She and her family help tend to the dogs needs that are in their care and treat them as one of their own family members.
We are a family owned and operated facility that you can count on. We are confident that our staff with provide the highest level of care for your pet, because we know that pets are part of the family and should be treated that way.
Boarding services
Lucky Dog Lodge currently has a total of 6 kennels in 3 different sizes for your dogs comfort.
The building your furry family member is housed in while you are gone has both heating and A/C available for year round comfort. There is also T.V. available for the pets that are used to having background noise on a regular basis.
Lucky Dog Lodge is located on 5 acres of land that has plenty of natural views and scenery. The dogs will have both inside and outside accessibility from their kennel until 8pm at night.
While we do have blankets and comfort items available for your pets, you are welcomed to bring their favorite comfort items from home for their stay. Each pet will have their own personal box located just outside of their kennel where we can store their items for safekeeping.
In order for your dog to stay with us we need proof of the following vaccines: Bordetella, Distemper, Parvo, & Rabies
You must provide food for your dog's stay. We do not provide it for them. We will feed them breakfast, lunch and/or dinner with portions to your specifications
Pick up must be BEFORE noon on the assigned pick up day or you will be charged for another night.
